• eBikeStore respects your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order—such as your name, email, address, and order details.

• The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract between you and us (i.e., completing your purchase). Your data will never be used for profiling, marketing, or tracking.

• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store or process your payment details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies when you complete a transaction through our site.

• Your order information is securely stored in our Supabase database and used only for order fulfilment, record-keeping, and basic sales reporting.

• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools. This site uses localStorage to remember your cart and HTTP-only cookies for secure login. These are strictly necessary and are not used for tracking or marketing.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at noreply@ebikestore.ie. Requests must come from the email used to place your order.

• If you are using the staging version of this site (currently hosted at ebikestore.ie), you agree that your data may be used for development and testing purposes. All staging data will be deleted prior to public launch and will never be used for marketing.
